What guarantee do I have that your services are effective?
The founder of NewGen Sourcing and his business partners all have one thing in common: they all have extensive operational experience. As well as experience in executive management and corporate coaching. They all have one or more certifications in various fields. Finally, they all share the same passion for improving business efficiency and are dedicated to their mission.
How many employees does your company have?
We are a group of freelancers working together around a common goal. 4 partners are today gathered under the registered trademark NewGen Sourcing. We are not talking about employees, but about collaborating partners.
What skills do you use?
We are trying to combine theory and practice in an armonious way. We all have a very good academic and post-academic background, completed with a series of certifications (Lean, ITIL, COBIT, Prince2, MBA, Executive Master in IT management…). And we have practiced in our respective careers a wide range of modern working practices and methods (Agile, liberated organization, learning organization). Which we combine effectively with our extensive field experience to offer you the best support, taking into account your context and priorities.
What type of industry are your services best suited to?
We combine field experience in small and large companies. Technological companies, industries, manufactures, but also startups and smes. In short, a wide range of people is our target audience! Many organisations, small or large, can benefit from our business efficiency consulting. Our methods inspired by the ICT sector can be applied almost everywhere.
Why use you and not large, well-known consulting companies?
What sets us apart is our proximity to our customers, our practical and result-oriented approach. We don’t want to stay with you forever. We have to be efficient ourselves in passing on efficiency techniques to our customers. This is our motto.
What guarantee do I have in terms of confidentiality?
Aware that the information exchanged during coaching sessions, training days or consulting missions can be sensitive or even confidential data, we propose the signature of a NDA guaranteeing our clients a total respect of the confidential nature of our exchanges. We are also willing to sign an NDA from your own organisation. This process is not automatic and is subject to prior request, before an assignment begins. Billing and payment
How do I pay for your services?
Discovery sessions are currently free of charge. Coaching sessions must be prepaid, in order to ensure efficient follow-up of our accounting system. Training sessions must be ordered by prepayment. Either the full amount of the invoice paid via the booking tool, or at least the first (half) day for all learners. The balance will then be invoiced and must be paid in full before the start of the training session. Consultancy assignments are subject to specific payment terms agreed with the client in the pre-sales phase and will be invoiced in accordance with these. Invoices must be paid within 30 calendar days of the invoice being issued. (see our general terms and conditions of sale).
Is my billing information kept safe and secure?
Our website has an SSL certificate which is required to process electronic payments. Credit card transactions are processed by Paypal or Stripe and is layered on their own 256-bit security protocol. Also, no credit card numbers are stored in our system. Rest assured we take security very seriously.
What is your cancellation policy?
Coaching sessions are non-refundable but can be rescheduled upon request by email, message or phone. Courses can be cancelled at no charge if they are cancelled no more than 30 calendar days prior to the start of the course. After this deadline, the training is no longer refundable but can be rescheduled upon written request only. Consultancy assignments are subject to special conditions defined on a case-by-case basis between the client and the service provider (NewGen Sourcing).
Why is it necessary to prepay for coaching sessions?
To facilitate our administrative and accounting management.
B2B Directory – Solution Finder
Which company can register in the B2B directory?
Any company, regardless of its geographical location and size, whose solutions and/or services correspond to the categories / sub-categories of the B2B directory that we make available to you.
What do I do if there is no business category that matches my business when I register?
Please contact us in writing to make a proposal to add a category. We will be happy to analyze your request and will usually respond within 48 hours. We are interested in enriching this directory as much as possible.
Is the registration free and will it remain free?
We will regularly re-evaluate the business model and management fees (map API’s usage at Google Maps or MapBox are not for free for us by example) but any registration made on the free model (the model in place at the moment) will remain free for at least 12 months and up to further notice. Take advantage of it!
I am a freelancer, can I register on your B2B directory?
You can apply for registration provided that you offer a specific service dedicated to companies and that you have a website presenting your offer in a structured way.
Coaching
Is videocall mandatory or are there other ways to benefit from personalized coaching services?
Videocall is favoured for practical reasons and time optimization. However, face-to-face coaching sessions can be organized on request at your premises or ours. Depending on the distance and travel time, additional fees may be required.
How many coaching sessions will I need?
This depends exclusively on your wishes and the topics you wish to discuss. A number of principles, ideas and suggestions will be communicated to you during the first session. You will be given the opportunity to make a new appointment at the end of each session. It is also possible to schedule several sessions to ensure the availability of stakeholders in advance.
What is the difference between coaching and training?
Coaching is strictly personalized and confidential. Adapted to the precise needs of the coachee. The training will have a slightly more generic character as it is generally addressed to several people. However, we want to make sure that the training content is adapted to the specific context of the company/team/group of people we are training.
Training
Is it possible to build a training module à la carte?
Yes, it’s even advisable. We will assist you in this process during the training mission definition session.
Do you have training facilities?
Our capacity to welcome groups is currently limited in our premises but a project is underway. We can organise the booking of outside training rooms if you wish to hold training outside your company premises. If the training takes place on your premises, you will be asked to provide a meeting room with a whiteboard and projector/screen.
Do you also give lectures?
Yes, upon request.
how to order a group training course?
The simplest way is to organize an interview (60 minutes recommended) either by videocall or in person at your premises. Please contact us through the channel of your choice to define together the practical arrangements.
Consultancy
what are your preferred compensation models?
We can be paid per project, per day or per result. The remuneration model will be defined with the client during the definition of the mission. We do not favour any type of remuneration in principle.
how does a typical mission with NewGen Sourcing go?
we adapt our efforts to the needs of the field and define with the client the number of days of on-site presence per week in order to carry out this mission successfully. We wish to meet our client (hiring manager) in a formal way at least once a week in order to give him a progress report on the mission. We pay great attention to being efficient, concrete and pragmatic in our approach. We can go beyond “simple” advice and can also accompany you in the implementation of a solution that we will have either defined together or validated with you as being a solution that meets the problem to be solved.
